Excellent customer service from the team at Dune. I would like to say a huge thanks to Nicola and Ben for their most generous offer in what I deemed to be a unique situation. I purchased a Weber Family Q along with multiple accessories as a gift in excess of $1100, the Weber was delivered and with excitement removed the packaging of the accessories and planned to set up the BBQ the following weekend. However, the very next day was informed by the apartment management that the body corporate will not allow BBQs on the balcony due to fire hazard!

I contacted Nicola and explained my predicament and they offered to take the Weber, as it was still in original box, with a full refund (I was happy) but as the packaging of the accessories (over $300) were removed no refund or return was possible (not happy but understood store/weber policy). After further discussions with Nicola she offered to speak with Weber rep and Ben and they came back with the offer to take back the goods and collect from my apartment, with just a very minor handling fee of $30 (extremely happy).

Thank you thank you thank you Ben & Nicola, this was customer service over and above the norm. I will most definitely be looking into my next abode to ensure a BBQ is permissible and will return to Dune to purchase that forever sought-after Weber Q....

They have a stunning range including the American Brown Jordan solid Aluminium Furniture, and many others We actually selected all the Settings last August and they have stored it for us which was a great help. We planned another visit to the store a few weeks ago to select Fabrics for the Seating – it was an unexpected surprise, that Ben and Mary travelled up to Brisbane to meet us and provide advice. It’s that sort of friendly Business. Nicolete has been employed by them for some 7 years
