I ordered a prawn poke bowl and got very Ill from it. I think the seafood was slightly not right and I specifically said no sesame and I believe there were traces of it in my food so called and gave feedback with-promise that Iâll be contacted by the manager but never received a phone call. Be very c eating here as I had to take two days off work to recover. Not worth it at all, there are better salad bowl places in Newstead! Very disappointing s and customer experience.

However, the number on the site was copied directly from the text message as we have no other record of it, so thankfully, online it was incorrect as we had thought.

   Read moreI would give zero stars if there was a chance to do so!! I went to this place with a group of friends yesterday (Tuesday evening). So, after I ordered I realised that the dish has raw salmon. I went back to the front desk asking to change my order, or if possible to replace my dish with cooked salmon and they agreed (no big deal!!). However, after waiting for almost 30 minutes, nothing happened. I went back to check, oddly looked like they didn't even remember we had this discussion. I even mentioned for the second or third time that I was happy to change my order to something that would solve the issue đ Again, they promised that my food was on the way (??!!) and I had to just go back to my sit. A couple of minutes passed and seriously I was just waiting. I went back to the front desk, one more time (everybody else already had finished their food, feeling bad about me). Nope, it was so obvious that they were lost in their chaotic kitchen, no organised and responsible person was there to help me. And even worse, when I desperately gave up and asked to cancel my order (yet to receive my money) they so meanly accepted this and cancelled it. No customer service, no respect for people's time. When I picked up my order I honestly didnât bother to check if all the ingredients were there as I assumed they will be as once again I paid more money for them. So I took my order and went to a different spot to eat it, when I opened the bowl I was missing 2 ingredients (the ones they charge you extra). I was already far away from the restaurant so I just called them and politely told them I was not happy for the ingredients missing. The person who pick up the phone apologised and asked if I could go back and they will gave what I was missing but as I said I was already far. So he took my details and said that management will contact me soon. This never happened and itâs quite disappointing as I used to be a regular customer (I love poke bowls) Itâs not the first time that this happened but it was when I have dine in so at that time I just asked the waitress to give me what I was missing.
