I absolutely loved the FitazFk programs! They gave me the biggest results in my whole fitness journey since having our 16 month old. I am stronger, leaner, fitter, healthier and looking/feeling amazing! These guys know what they’re doing and you have so much support along the way which is what I needed the most. I completed the 28 Day Guide in September and then the 8 Week Challenge after that from October through to Christmas 2019. I lost a total of 9kgs on the programs and have been able to keep the weight off with just exercising 5-6 days a week from home or at the gym plus eating relatively healthy and following the Phase 3 Guidelines. Even with some drinks and feasting during the festive period last year, I stuck to drinking my water, eating well 80-90% of the time and exercising which kept me energised and the weight off too. I am happy with my results at the moment but I am thinking of doing the programs again a few months out from our holiday mid this year and I’m sure it will be fantasticx I would recommend the programs for anyone whose wanting to get fit, healthy or lose some weight. It’s not a detox or Fad diet, it teaches you about nutrition properly and exercising without much room or equipment. Under 30 mins a day and you’re done. I was a first time mum and breastfeeding when I did the program so it’s definitely possible to find the time to exercise and eat well! I can honestly say for a good part of the week mine is hitting the gym after a hard day at work. I’m a foundation member of Fitazfk and my journey has not met with even a moment of disappointment. The venue it’s self is well laid out and always the gym floor and bathrooms are always fresh and clean. Your always greeted by genuine and friendly staff who are there to listen and assist, and who are actually focused on helping you reach your results ... they are professional focused and very knowledgeable, they listen and are genuine. This in turn promotes a very friendly relaxed and social atmosphere throughout the body of members, There is never any waiting for equipment and the classes are spot on. I was in the CBD and the gym I was wanting to go to was closed. I remembered this gym was part of the fitness passport and I had already registered. The app was easy to setup and check in, and the gym is just across the river from the CBD, easily accessible by walking across the bridge or getting the cross river ferry.
The gym area was large, and the machines are very well spaced out. The machines are high quality, mostly a mix of Hammer Strength, new TechnoGym, and Verve. The are plenty of good machines for each body part!
There are two sets of dumbbells, one goes up to 50kg and the other goes up to 55kg and heaps of benches.
There are good changing and showering facilities.
I will definitely be returning on a day where I am not training back, so I can climb the wall!
