Night Valley Indian Grocery Store (Wickham St) — Local services in Brisbane City

Came here today to use a package drop off service and maybe pick up some snacks for later.

Tried to call first, no number listed, hours on google said they were open until 8PM today (I arrived at 2PM), so I travelled 30 mins out of my way on my lunch break to get there.

When I get there, store is closed, nobody inside, someone else arrives shortly after and also realises the same.

It takes 60 seconds to update your hours on Google. A business phone number is $5 a month.

If you can't open at your listed hours then just don't advertise those hours to begin with? And if you can't afford $5 for a phone then maybe you really shouldn't be a business at all.

I agree that it’s impossible to call them when the store is shut within their advertised trading hours. Yes, it would be good if they can either update the trading hours or try to attend the correct hours. I somehow found their Facebook page and messaged when I really needed to speak to them, the owner(?) kindly got back to me quite promptly and I did appreciate that. I have been finding them pretty reliable especially with my parcel drop-off service. I think they had some issues with staff and I hope the current guy lasts...

groceries are not well managed and tags on groceries items are not written make the customer confused. They charge more than the tag amount which should be reported to council.
