Escape Hunt Gold Coast — Local services in Gold Coast City

At first, we weren't really sure what the Escape Hunt Experience was about. We figured it was an indoor puzzle maze, but boy were we wrong! Ever watched CSI/NCIS/Mentalist? You basically are playing the detective, looking for clues around the crime scene to find out who the guilty suspect is. For our game, a group of 4 of us played the Cellar room and we had to find out who murdered the property owner.

You have 60 minutes to find out who the guilty suspect is and escape the room. The game masters were excellent, always there for us when we needed a little guidance. All in all, 60 minutes went by really fast and we just managed to escape with about 43 seconds left on the clock.

The lounge experience was a nice touch as well. Most places you go to just want you to get you in and out the door ready for the next customer. But having a good 10-15 minutes after the game to relax in a nice lounge over a complementary cup of tea was definitely a nice touch.

The team there are great, so friendly, approachable, funny and helpful! The games there are so good and they really help you out and are nice. Love how you get to take a memorabilia (photo) home. If you don't successfully escape the room in time and were really close, they give you a little bit extra time to help you finish. It's great fun for couples and groups, would deffinetly recommend for anyone bored or on a holiday to go past and have a game. You can do one game and then another, another day and the other another day. They change their games up from time to time I hear so they always keep it interesting. Real escapism experience! I have been here twice before, and I have had a 10/10 experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms always pose a challenge, but are completable. It's always fun to go with a group of friends and put your skills to the test. We have done the Rising Alchemist and Lost Weapon rooms, both with 4 people, and it is great! Could not recommend it enough, will definitely be going back to complete the other rooms, and then want to do the ones in Brisbane.
