Customer service by majority is poor, there is maybe one exception-the red head. During cold periods or if the customer asks and it's cold, staff usually heat up goods, lately they have stopped this and claim the goods are still hot. It's 8 degrees most mornings now so it's nice to have it warmed up at least or that bit extra hot to fight the cold. They haven't been warm once when they said this to me. I have been avoiding the place because it seems like when I ask it is a pain, and I always say please when I ask-I never used to have to ask it used to be offered which I used to thank them for. This has led to my decision to take my business elsewhere, I used to go nearly every morning and buy two items, but have slowly been redirecting to other places for goods because I find friendlier and more helpful service elsewhere. I don’t know the name of the young girl working but she was all by herself, handling a busy line up of (some impatient) customers with grace and kindness.
