Sia’s Takeaway — Local services in Gold Coast City

We were visiting the Gold Coast from Melbourne and were struggling to find food that was tasty, affordable, and came in big portions, until we found Sia’s Takeaway in Helensvale! We loved it so much that we ended up going back twice during our holiday.

The food is absolutely delicious, with huge portions that are perfect for sharing (or for very hungry people like us!). My husband and I grew up around a lot of Pacific Islander families in South East Melbourne though we’re Filipino/Australian and we both adore Pacific Islander cuisine, and Sia’s definitely hit the mark.

The service was amazing too. The guy who served us remembered us from the first visit and greeted us warmly the second time even when he was in the back food prepping, it really made us feel welcome. And can we talk about the price? $25 for 5 picks of food, and when we lifted the takeaway, we were blown away by how much food there was!
