Very disappointing Manager. My card was blocked and I was unaware so couldn't use my card and immediately pay. I sat down to figure out the problem but couldn't so i came up and told the girl behind the bar that i can't pay. The male manager came out and told us we are stealing for ordering the ice cream but not being able to pay for it, even though we had not eaten or touched the icecream, they had taken it to their freezer, which obviously wouldn't classify as stealing. I apologised many times and explained that the issue with my card was unexpected. Our total was $29.50 but the Manager was saying how we have stolen $50+ worth of products. I'm am shocked by his nasty and disrespectful behaviour. He should not work with people, and especially not be in the hospitality industry, since customer service is a foreign concept to him. I did get my card fixed eventually and payed, when he the manager, handed us our yoghurt he had stacked the cups on top of each other, squishing down the yogurt. Overall it's pathetic that the poor excuse of a manager immediately made me and my family out to be thieves with the intention of stealing something we hadn't even had or touched. That short man needs some training in the commen sense...

To start, the young boy who was in charge of moving the line looked miserable and the customer service was poor, but he was letting in way too many people so the line just basically piled up inside - it seemed so pointless to have him there. There was only one person at the register with about 30 customers in the store waiting, yet there were employees behind the toppings bar walking around daydreaming like as though there was nothing they could be doing. We waited 15 minutes inside and our yo-chi was almost completely melted before we even got to the toppings bar. My friend got shoved by an employee who didn't even acknowledge her or apologise for literally barging a customer. When we finally got to paying, I very very politely informed the girl serving that people were frustrated with the situation. She just looked at me and told me my total and told me to tap my card - a bit of an invalidating response. So we paid huge prices for liquid yogurt and poor service, and it was also just a sensory nightmare in that store. And keep in mind, I love yo-chi and am a fairly regular customer š Just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI typically donāt like frozen yoghurt but my partner has been wanting to try Yo-Chi since they opened and wow I was pleasantly surprised! I had the mango & the butterscotch yoghurt with the mango mochi topping. The mango yoghurt was delicious & refreshing, butterscotch was not overly sweet but just perfect and the mango mochi was so soft and chewy (the exact consistency youād expect from mochi). We both had more than enough frozen yoghurt each and the total was just under $18 altogether - I think that is reasonable considering getting 2 desserts in Broadbeach for under $20 is quite rare.
There are signs everywhere stating price + I wouldnāt be expecting anybody to be getting Yo-Chi on the daily as it is a treat so Iām baffled why there are complaints slamming the price point.
I would 100% recommend & will be back again, keep up the good work and ignore the bad reviews if youāre a fan of quality frozen...
