The Korean lady there was extremely rude, I was trying to ask for a price for my friend and see if hardy brother is willing to make a better deal, instead she lectured me saying how I should be 100% ready to make a purchase and complainted “annoying” clients who just want to know the price.

Moreover, as I was asking the price for one of the zenith watch for myself and took a picture sent to my girlfriend to get some ideas, she told me that come back when you are “serious”. She was being really rude. I guess she “evaluated” us from head to the toes, concluded we are not the potential. I think the company won’t do anything with it anyways.

Bought somewhere else, if she was being that unprofessional at the very beginning, wouldnt expect anything after sale from her.

From day one we received the best level of customer service at this store, we initially met Julie when we were on holidays. Julie was extremely helpful and kind, and told us that if we had and questions from Melbourne she would be happy to help.

Three months later we were ready to make a purchase, and then dealt with Cristina. My father spoke to Cristina back and forth, and she assisted him and went above and beyond to help him get what he needed. She was very polite, helpful and ensured that we were happy with everything. Overall, even though we are in another state, she made the process extremely easy so that we didn't have to stress. I cant thank Cristina & Julie enough for all there help and will recommend this store to all our family & friends. Bought an Omega Seamaster from this store. Dealt with a lady called Eiko, I hope that’s spelt right. She told me her name was Seiko without the S. She couldn’t have been more helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I changed my mind a couple of times on which model I was going to get. She even shipped a watch from Melbourne that I didn’t end up buying. A great all round experience from the staff at this store which was refreshing after getting some pretty blunt responses from staff at other Omega shops I enquired with.
