Went to eddies today, I think Stella should be more informative of her prices. I went for a hair cut, I have always gone to eddies as there prices are good for me and have always paid roughly $25 for a hair cut. She then informs me my hair could do with one of her “$30 treatments” and I agreed and then I get to the register and my total is $110. My jaw dropped to say the least. I asked her why it was $60 extra then she had originally said and Stella then added it was because of the blow dry which is “standard”. I did not ask for a blow dry, or want a blow dry, to be honest I hate my hair being blow dried and I was not informed a blow dry would cost an additional $60. Read moreFirst time there walked in. Place gave a good impression. I got a female hairdresser with blonde hair. No introduction. I asked for short hair ontop and number one on sides to be blended in and no fringe. Got hair cut. Too long ontop at first. She cut more then. Still gave me a fringe. Blended one side ok. Other side not blended and cut unevenly and missed bits ontop. Couldn't tell till I had a shower when I got home because of product she added. Just to realise that that one side burn was a whole centimeter shorter then the other. Not going back. Waisted $30 just to get my haircut done by a person of in la la land. They explained that they were only going to use the clippers for a couple of seconds so my son can get a feel for them and then use them more next time as to not traumatise him on first go.
