You get what you pay for. I believe that's the mantra for this restaurant from the last time I ordered something. That's not a bad thing, and for the advertised price, the quality is pretty decent, albeit a bit low on the quantity, which is mentioned in the menu, so avoid any surprises there.

I ordered a Half Curry/ Half Rice (Lamb Rogan Josh, spicy, $13.49), a Kachumber Mix Salad ($5.00) and one Mint Chutney ($3.00). Although I wasn't planning on getting the chutney, I wanted to avail minimum purchase offer, which turned out to be a good idea in hindsight.
The lamb chunks were few, and they were swimming in the curry, the rice was okay; together they didn't fill up the box they came in. Taste wise, it was average. Not bad, but a little low on the seasoning. The salad was okay, and the chutney was the best of the bunch. Fresh, cool and delicious, it elevated the whole food.

At these prices, the food was alright. One shouldn't have lofty expectations but this place serves decent food if one's in a pinch and they've a decent menu to...
Read moreI came to pick up an order, then the male employee tells me to update my status to 'collect order', I already did that as that's my job. He then demanded that I update the status again which is suppose to be pressed when I'm on the bike and 'ready to ride', at this point I won't as that's not Menulog policy.
Menulog policy is for the driver to have the order in their bag before they even update the order to collected and in no way can the order status be updated 'ready to ride' whilst in the restaurant.
Updating the status incorrectly prevents drivers from being paid, it also prevents drivers from being compensated for waiting at the restaurant longer than they should as each update is tracked and these compensation payments are deducted from the restaurant.
The restaurant is trying to scam drivers of their compensation by doing this.
It seems like this restaurant is more interested in harrassing drivers, making them feel uncomfortable and breaking the law than actually making good food or even food that is compliant with food safety...
Read moreThe worst experience ordering the food from this place through Uber. I ordered Paneer Butter Masala but received Butter Chicken instead. I am pure vegetarian and ate a bite of it because I didn’t realise it was chicken. When I found it’s not Paneer, I called the restaurant and the lady who attended the call was very rude. She said it’s not chicken and tried to argue with me. She said she prepared this order and has put thin slices of paneer. I tried to calmly tell her it’s not my first time eating paneer but she refused to listen to me and said it’s paneer. I was very disappointed by the food and service. The least she could do was apologise but she insisted that she didn’t make any mistake. Just because the food is cheap, they just can’t send wrong item and refuse to take responsibility for it. Utterly disappointed. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s better to pay some extra money and get your food from other good...
