Been here a handful of times, each time being just as bad (if not worse).

The barista is lovely, albeit seemingly overworked. Making coffee, taking orders and running the floor, all at the same time.

Meanwhile, the older blonde man (that looks like Sting from Temu) walks around in a huff with an attitude, for no apparent reason. Completely blanks you as you stand at the counter waiting to order. If he decides to pay attention to you and take your order, he’s incredibly rude. Hospitality is not for him.

Where do I start with this place. Firstly they got our coffee order wrong, after that the person who seemed to be in charge went on to apologise to us by blaming his staff member and saying, ‘sorry, she doesn’t speak very good English’. This comment made us very uncomfortable, especially as the staff member he was referring to was in earshot. After that he told her off in view of customers and then later admitted to us that he had actually made the mistake himself.

To top it off it was the worst big breakfast I’ve ever had. Large portion size but i barely ate any of it. Would never eat here again.

Walked in on a cold morning to get pumpkin soup as was advertised on a sign out the front.. was told it would be 10 mins, then advised 45 mins.. over an hour went by.. was eventually told the cook changed the soup to broccoli and cauliflower and there is no pumpkin soup.. it was also 9 degrees outside and they had the door and windows open.. it was absolutely freezing.. the worst part is and the reason for my review is that the entire time I was sitting there, not once was I offered a coffee, to look at the menu.. nothing.. they weren't busy at all.. just really below...
