Ordered online and arrived to pick up my order and it hadn’t been started, guy at the desk had no idea there was even an order placed, which actually made sense because there were no orders in the queue and it was dead quiet. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for them to make it so you’d think being freshly made it would be okay but that was not the case at all.
