Outstanding customer service. I purchased a 14 pack of Bulletproof Instamix sachets, but when I got home I found only 8. The box had been opened and other customers had taken 6 out. I phoned the store the same day, and explained the situation. I was unable to go back to the store because I was just about to leave for an overseas flight. So the manager immediately solved the problem by asking one staff member to deliver the remaining sachets, plus 1 extra. Within 30 minutes, I had the remaining sachets!

We have gone to this wonderful oasis of health for a long time. It is incredible to have such knowledgable and caring people at the helm, guiding you through your purchasing decisions at the counter. A recent visit ended with me getting adequate advice about a complex condition, where I was advised NOT to buy something, that I thought I needed. To have staff caring about their customers first and not about their wallets, and how much they can spend in store, is incredibly heartening. This will always be my go-to health store. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to Prahran Health last Sunday to find soy protein for cooking to make vegan bolognese. I asked the guy behind the counter and he sent me to the powder protein section. I explained to him again what I was making and he said oh maybe somewhere down the back. I spent 10 mins trying to find it. Meanwhile the sales clerk is hanging out behind the counter chatting away to his colleagues instead of actually helping me. It was very disheartening. Never found it. I would shop here on many occasions purely because they stock products I like and they're local. But, have been disappointed in the service...
