The location of the apartment was awesome, however when we arrived we had to collect the key at a different location which was an absolute pain having kids tired and waiting. When we entered the carpark our designated park was taken. I had to then phone off site reception with no reply waiting in the carpark. Eventually reception phoned back and gave me another carpark number to try! No luck, taken. This went on throughout our week long stay. So annoying. The apartment itself was average. No working dishwasher. With a large printed sign over dishwasher saying out of order.. again phoned reception to change apartment. Couldn’t do as apparently building fully booked. They said they would have repaired. Never did! Beds were so hard. Very uncomfortable and the lifts up to apartment were very shabby and in need of attention. The best thing about the apartment was the large windows looking out to views and location. I did request a part refund because of the above. No reply!! I Would NOT recommend staying here. It was very stressful process and very poor communication even though I saw the property manager walking her dog through the building multiple times. I stayed at Melbourne Private Apartments for three nights in June, and it was a complete disappointment. Upon arriving late at night, I discovered the shower fitting was leaking and the bathroom basin tap was also leaking and nearly impossible to close. I reported this first thing the next morning and was told a plumber would fix it while I was out.
When I returned, nothing had been done. I called the agents again, only to be blatantly lied to — they claimed the plumber had come and fixed everything, which was absolutely false. No one had attended, and the issues remained exactly as they were.
When I raised this again, I was met with a rude and disgraceful response from the agent, who told me that if I didn’t like it, I could move out. This is a disgusting way to treat paying guests and shows a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service.
The apartment was poorly maintained, the service was arrogant and dismissive, and the entire experience was unacceptable. I will never stay here again and strongly warn others to stay far away from...
Read moreWe had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Docklands. The communication with the property manager Bella was clear and efficient, and we had no problems checking in late at night. Bella is very kind and responsive as well. The parking was also very convenient.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group of 4. We even had a complete bedding set for the extra sofa bed in the living room. The view from the apartment was spectacular, and we could see the port from both bedrooms and the dining table.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and all the basic utilities were provided. We had a comfortable sleep at night on the comfortable mattresses.
The location of the apartment was also great. It was within the free tram zone. This made it easy for us to get around and explore the city.
Overall, we had a perfect stay at this apartment in Docklands. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay...
