Visited a new bathhouse in the Docklands, Melbourne. There is a private room and a common room that can fit about 12 or so people. Pricing is reasonable, $80 for a 2 hour session. Bath towels are provided and there are change rooms and showers on site to wash off afterwards. Not that you need to, the water was clean and minimally chlorinated. The dim lighting was very relaxing and I left feeling refreshed and invigorated. Try the infra-red (set at 62 degrees) then dip into the cold plunge (9 degrees) and then run into the bath (39 degrees)! It was quite the experience 🤩

What an amazing and luxurious place this is!! The magnesium bath was so warm and healing which made it so easy to relax and feel its benefits. Staff are very attentive with checking you are ok and don’t need anything. The iced tea is a lovely touch In between pool and spa. Decor is fitting for its purpose with a high end luxe feel.
