Over priced, not customer friendly.
Tried to grab two ice soy decaf latte. Been told I have to wait for 10mins because decaf needs to be made and cooled down (aren’t there such things called cold milk and ice cubes?). Instead I was offered poured pre made coffee with some soy milk served in the cups.
When I asked why are two normal size ice soy latte $16.00, carelessly the cashier told me “because you ordered soy milk.” And when I hesitated to pay for the coffee, she pressured me by saying “ your coffee has already been made.”
I suggest you don’t treat your customer like a walking wallet. We don’t mind to pay a little more for food when the service is good too. The Banh Mi shop close to you has such a warmer...

Only downsides...cash only and size of desserts...supertiny, yet large prices. The 'batard' bread is one of the best in Mebourne, I reckon, super crispy and still warm when bought around 10 am. Their lasagna is really the only lasagna dish I ever felt was worth buying anywhere and their macarons are delicious. Loved their tropezienne cake slices, despite the horrendous price on it. Read moreOnce again (as per previous reviews and comments from friends and neighbours) a bespectacled Asian lady was very dismissive when I made a query about an item of food they might make. She waved me off when I said that I didn’t want to look at other cakes etc! I don’t care if she is the owner or not, she’s rude and should either be given the boot or remove herself from the front counter !! As with myself I will no longer shop or eat there as other locals have decided to do. Their food is good, (not cheap) but so are other cafes etc in this area and they have better personalities!!!
