I just wanted to thank Nicolette for helping me with a problem created by the Palace on-line booking system while attempting to book 10 tickets for the AF FFF.
I contacted Palace Head Office about this issue, but received no assistance. So I contacted the Brighton Bay cinema directly, and fortunately Nicolette answered the phone.
Nicolette was knowledgeable, helpful and very keen to resolve the issue. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, and managed to rectify the problem quickly and easily.
I just wanted to thank Nicolette for all her help, and highlight the efforts of a great team member at Brighton Bay. In fact, we always have a great experience at Palace Brighton Bay. :)
And many thanks to Palace Cinemas for, yet again, providing an amazing array of movies for this year’s AF FFF. I can’t wait for the festival to start!

The profanity in this Australian movie was disgraceful and embarrassing to be Australian, and how Australians were portrayed. My companion needed to use the lift to get to the 1st floor. We were stuck in the lift going up and coming down. It stopped midway and decended with jolts all the way down to street level. Brighton you let your locals down BIG TIME.
