Normally love stopping here and bringing my children here for a swim to break the trip up!! And staff are normally great and give good service never had a problem. But this morning we had nothing but a so called life guard just watch our every move like we were stupid and uneducated picking at every little thing. Now 1 my son has swam since birth 2 I think I know my son better than you and the 20 minutes of continues harassment we had to endure whilst at the pool at our cost of $25 My son Moree lifeguard hss swam in your stupid pool on and off since birth and the Ridge and every other pool my son knows when he has had enough and will and had always taken himself out of the pool and rested he is not stupid nor am I you went right out of your way to harress us from the time we stepped into the pool because he touched the hose on the pool he moved away you constantly watched and walked towrds us when the kidd swam near the dam hose like you were picking at our parenting he wasnt touching the dam hose and then he got out of the pool and laid down to cool down YES COOL DOWN HIS NOT STUPID NOR AM I you went on like I was stupid and didnt know what was best for my son I AM TRAINED IN FIRST AIDE TOO LOVE I KNOW MY CHILD BETTER THAN YOU AND IF I THOUGHT HE WAS UNDER ANY DISTRESS I WOULDVE ASKED FOR YOUR NARKY HARRASSING HELP YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW IT ALL AND SPOKE DOWN TO ME YOU TOOK ANY KIND OF RELAXATION AND FUN THAT WE NORMALLY ENJOY WHEN WE VISIT THE POOL I JUST WONDER IF SHE JUST SINGLES OUT ONLY CERTAIN FAMILIES WITH CERTAIN KIDS IVE ALSO RAISED 6 KIDS LOVE SO I THINK I HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE THAN YOU PLUS FIRST AIDE TRAINED PLUS IM KNOW MY KIDS AROUND WATER SO i do not recommend this place if this particular lifeguard is on with children she just picks and narks at every little thing especially when you pay $25 to swim and relax a waste of money. Majority of the time we sat on the edge of the pool only when the kids started to move around in the pool the harassment started only 1 pool open when there should be 2 redicoulas. Oh and also the harassment didnt stop in the pool I mustve looked looked stupid with no education I stepped into the shop towel wrapped around me had no intentions of stepping onto the floor wet and the harassment started again she mustve been very bored and had nothing to do LOVE I CAN READ IM NOT STUPID AND UNEDUCATED I CAN READ THE DAM SIGN MY NEPHEW WAS IN THERE AND I WAS GETTING HIM TO BUY A SWIM CAP FOR MY LITTLE BOY WHO CANT GET HIS EARS WET DO SOMETHING MORE WITH YOUR DAM TIME AND WATCH PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY NEED YOUR HELP!! I WASNT GOING TO WALK ON THE WET FLOOR AND IM PRETTY SURE THE LADY THAT FELL WOULDNT LIKE YOU BLABBING HER INFORMATION AROUND 6O...

only one hot pool @ 39C today non-holiday Saturday - with maybe 20 folks in it when we visited - most kids were in the larger cooler pool @ 30C today (other closed for renovation)

but totally worth 2 seniors for $5 each - hot auto-sensor shower first, and changing rooms after - I brought my Speedo Chamois Sports Towel in a compact tube which is good for touch-drying, water can be squeezed out and good to dry again.

they sell pies, sausage rolls, hot chocolate so could be a kind of breakfast is you want to visit from 8am weekends, 6am weekdays

compared with my first visit of this as a government pool 35 years ago, this is a different privately-run complex and now more like a Chinese/Vietnamese Old Folks Spa and Social centre.

I visited these baths in July and was dissappointed to see that the hot pool was closed and had been for 4 weeks as council assessesd how to fix a leak. the problem was that I did not find anything online to say it was closed before i travelled to Moree esp for these hot baths. I wasn't even told on entry. When I queried it I was told they are still charging the usual entry fee as there are 2 other pools available. Unfortunately I was there for the hot pool not the tepid or cool ones.
