Absolutely appauling service I stood in line for around 20 minutes,mind you there was no one else in the line I was at the front of the queue. I was not once asked what I would like. Clearly the store was having some technical difficulties with EFTPOS and/or till. However this was not once relayed to any of the customers let alone any apologies or even any correspondence with customers. I had several people behind me walk out and in the end I did the same. The store was a mess, tables were filthy . Was the worst customer service from anywhere I've experienced in my life. It was almost as if I was invisible. KFC needs to look at there hiring criteria as none of the staff had any customer service. Very disappointed in this store. I was travelling through town earlier in the year for work and visited the KFC and had a very similar experience to this time first I was told drive through only, I said it's abit hard to get a truck through a drive through so they agreed to let me and my work mate in only to be told cash only. which I had no cash at the time so was unable to be served again with no apology. Read moreMy partner and I went into Moree KFC yesterday and ordered through the app, we were waiting outside just standing around as there were no outdoor setting at all, and a worker comes out to yell at us that our food is ready. When we went to collect it they informed us that the frozen machine was down and proceeded to hand me a can of Pepsi. I paid for the upcharge of a large meal, and the upcharge of the frozen on the meal and when asked about a bottle instead because I had paid for a large all three workers turned to start yelling at me and my partner. As someone who has worked in fast food previously, and a manager, this treatment by the workers was absolutely awful. When I tried to explain the upcharge on the meal and just asking about a bottle of Pepsi, the (I’m assuming) manager kept going on about the retail price of the drink and that the can is closer in price to the frozen. The kids behind the counter listening to extremely offensive rap music full of swearing and racist remarks while young kids were at the counter ordering food with their parents. No hair nets or gloves worn when handling customers food. The restaurant is in an absolute shambles. Food all over the floor. Rubbish on tables. Staff swearing at each other and carrying on like 6th graders. I know Moree is an absolute dive of a town. But, if you're going to have an establishment that is supposedly known for good tasty food and fast customer service, you need to lift your game.
