Absolutely would not recommend anyone to do this. Was looking forward to this experience for months. And then day off the event the company went missing in action.. would not return calls or texts. The boat was not there on arrival time. And we were waiting around for 45 minutes after ‘departure time’ till we got a call from the captain saying that the boat is broken and we were unable to do it today and we would have to ‘re-schedule.’ So we were left in the city all dressed up with bags of food and drink with nothing to do with it!! And then after asking for a full refund they had the heart to say we’ll take 10% off if you book again! What a joke! Do not recommend, not worth the risk if it rains and have to pay the $400 to reschedule too. I’m know these things happen but surely abit more notice would...

I have ordered the boat KRAKEN as a suprise for my boyfriend. At first the captain did a cruise around opera house. But then he stopped in the Lavender's bay at the other side of the bridge. We saw the fireworks but from the other side what was a shame because we missed the light effects. Other boats were standing next to the opera house. It is a pity and definitely not worth the price. BBQ was very poor and they run out of champagne before midnight. The captain dindnt face the boat the right way. Stuff was nice and DJ was great but they didnt think of very important details that would make our experience much more precious. Next time I would rather stay on the beach in...
