Centrelink moved me onto this companies books following becoming unemployed from Covid. I was assigned a caseworker whom i have spoken to once. I received no prior notification of the change until the caseworkers first call. Caseworker barely spoke english and was extremely unhelpful. The caseworker was clearly ill equiped to handle her role and was unable to offer any useful support. She was also extremely judgemental and curt. She had no customer support skills. She requested that i respond to an email i had never received and informed me that she had lost my resume. I later found out my payments had been suspended without notice and was required to contact this person again. Honestly feel like the impact of our conversation on my mental health is more likely to deter my job search as she made me feel less confident in my ability to return to the work force through her condescending attitude. People like this should not be in client facing roles.
