I am writing this review to share my personal experience from a massage session I had at Emerald Thai Massage on 14 July 2025.

During the session with a male therapist, I experienced a level of physical contact that felt inappropriate and outside what I had reasonably expected based on previous treatments at the same clinic. Specifically, the therapist pulled down my underwear fully without any prior explanation or consent, and touched areas near the anal and prostate region while I was in a vulnerable position. This was not a technique I had ever encountered in my prior visits, and it was done without warning or discussion.

Following the session, I raised a complaint with the clinic. I clearly expressed that the experience was distressing, especially due to the lack of prior consent or communication about the nature of the touch involved.

The clinic director did acknowledge my dissatisfaction and agreed to process a refund. However, despite my request, I was informed that they were not able to provide a written apology from the therapist involved. I also stated that I did not wish to meet the therapist in person again or receive further treatments at the clinic, as my trust had been compromised.

I am sharing this experience not to cause harm to the business, but to provide transparency for other clients who may have similar boundaries or expectations regarding consent and professionalism during treatment.

We are a Disability service provider and we took management for a group relaxing massage, on a personal level this was actually the best massage I've ever been to, the thai style and techniques really showed how professional they were. The staff was so polite, respectful and added to the experience of bliss. I requested a medium presure massage and they did it perfectly. On top of everything the provided a great deal for us to experience a whole body massage and hot stone at a much better rate than other massage parlours in the area. Can't recommend this...
