The owner of the shop is the most happy and caring guy I’ve met in a long time. He clearly loves animals and runs his shop for the love of it.

First time I was in his shop he talked me out of spending money with him saying wait a while as puppy will grow bigger and best to buy something later. He then proceeded to give us free puppy snacks and wished us a great evening.

Second time he was super helpful when my pup needed a grooming for the first time… he had full bookings, but said it’s less stressful for first timers if they do it early morning before other doggies arrive and booked her in the following week.

Since then every time I pop into his shop I’m welcomed with his positive attitude and kindness.

I wouldn’t take my dog here. I was interested in taking my dog here. I stopped by the shop as it is a short walk from my home. Was greeted by a man I believe may be the owner. I rocked up unannounced because I wanted to see how the business operates throughout the day as this is the best indicator to how well managed the puppies are. The owner refused to let me just glance at the day care. If you are unwilling to let pet owners look at your facility while it operates then there must be something uneasy going on. How are owners suppose to feel comfortable leaving their fur babies with a stranger when you don’t even let them look at where they are being kept and see how they are supervised?

OUr rescue dog suffered from severe separation anxiety and the team there over the last three months, integrated Freyja into the pack and allowed her to gain her confidence in her own time. She paid very close attention to her needs and ensured she had time out when required. She never used to play with any toys and now every day she brings her ball out to us to play with us without us initiating it. They have basically taught her how to be a dog as she was isolated by her previous owners and obviously not interacted with. She isn't clingy anymore and we can leave her alone at home for 3 hours now which is a massive improvement.
