Horrible experience I ordered uber eats from this place this Friday night, I ordered a garlic pizza, pasta, and a slice of cheesecake.

When the order arrived there was only the pasta, I called the restaurant to explain what had happened and the lady on the phone didn’t not apologies just told me “I should come get it”.

Once I arrived, to the empt restaurant all the staff were talking in the kitchen whilst I was waiting to be acknowledged. I proceed to tell them I was here for the rest of my order, the lady handed me the same pizza I had ordered almost and hour ago (stone cold) and the slice of cake, again no apology or even a simple sorry.

Ultimately, my experience was paying uber eats delivery prices when I had to pick up my own food that had been sitting there the hour and was stone cold.

The zero customer service, a clear lack of guest resolution skills, and the level of incompetence was truely something I have never seen before. Don’t waste...

"Please give us a review" My man, will I give you a REVIEW! That limited edition vodka sauce mac n cheese was so good. Had it once and inhaled it. Then, one time when I was in the neighbourhood and I had already had dinner, wasn't even hungry, pretty full, etc. I still ended up getting another one. Margherita pizza was everything I was hoping for. The lasagne too. I'm not usually one to get lasagne, as disappointed as Garfield would be, but this time I was feeling like it. My man here proudly said he came up with the lasagne and, let me tell you, I had to stop myself from eating it so I wouldn't finish it too quickly and be sad. You should be proud for that lasagne! Cheers for the tiramisu! It was delicious, light and moreish!

What I'm saying is, this takeaway place is great and all options seem to hit the spot....
