The coffee here is good, but the food and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I ordered the chef's special, a fattoush salad, described on the menu as marinated grilled chicken, cos lettuce, pomegranate, tomato medley, crackers (which I thought might have been their interesting twist on the salad), and the chef’s special fattoush dressing. However, half the bowl was filled with corn chips instead of traditional crackers. When I asked the staff if this was correct, they just shrugged and said, 'crackers, corn chips.' I ended up removing half of them and breaking a few over the salad, hoping to get closer to a typical fattoush. I also noticed they’d forgotten the pomegranate, but when I asked, they did bring a small bowl of it for me to pour on top. Felt like a made my own salad in the end.

While the grilled chicken was fresh with a nice marinade, the salad was a disappointment, and the service was rather dismissive.

My dad ordered the Reuben sandwich, but it came with overly thick slices of corned beef that made it a bit unappetizing, and the focaccia was burnt and dry. My mum had the avocado toast, and while the toppings were fine, the bread was overcooked. Overall, while the coffee was good, the food quality and service left much to be desired.
