First it was noted on the news that it had a fully operational brothel inside the apartments. Ask for renters to have only use the keys they are issued but somehow someone stole letters from people's mail boxes and also the sex workers had up to 80+ men a week. Surely you would catch whats going on. Allows people to sell there car parks to public, so shows how good security is. The new management took over and are the rudest people you could deal with. They have kept the same security team I hear as well. Also if you want to collect your packages you have an 2 hour window. Which is at unreasonable times. Come any later they do not have time for you. My renters would use my private PO box so they could collect their parcels. What a joke. Apparently they have signs everywhere of all the rules for the place as well, Like do not talk loudly. (Can not say if this is fully true or not) If your renters want to move out they must pay a $500 Deposit and will have to work around the building managers time frame. I have gladly sold my apartments here as renters were not interested in this spot anymore for the price I could normally get.

Does not have the facilities other building in the area have.

For investors stay away and look else where. This is not a building you would want to live in or rent out.

Where to start… the water is constantly being shut off with no notice for hours, at least one of the elevators is always under repair (and there’s one less than there should be to begin with). The aircon systems in each apartment are truely terrible every unit has needed servicing and they take months to get the parts to repair (we’ve lived in 3 different units all have needed multiple repairs, our current one has been out for 5 months). The building managers just stopped accepting mail packages one day so now they just pile up in the lobby, the rotting and wasted food is the worst part of that. The gym & hot tub are rarely functional. Our apartment is in general disrepair with multiple things (oven, stove, door handles) broken or not working properly. People are always throwing their cigarette butts off balconies into ours. I could go on but overall extremely...

Good security and well maintained. But night management are not easy to get hold of, they are supposed to be in the booth but hardly ever, though if you call the number he often answers. Day management are very good 👍 The swimming pool & spa & sauna are good, I've not been to the gym. The lifts seem to often have work done so I would say are promptly maintained and any fixes needed around the place are done, have not seen things left...
