Best restaurant ever ! Please please please eat here !!!!Amazing food with actual flavours that you can taste iv been to many italian style restaurants and there is nothing in my opinion that even comes close to this !!! My only wish is that the owner could start a restaurant on the gold coast QLD that way I could continue dining at Piccolo Roma every single day . My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and both ordered garlic bread and spicy linguine prawns I could not tell you how many prawns where in the dish but let me say there was a huge amount certainly not skimping , words cannot describe how valuable this business is !!!! Please please please go here to dine !!! We where also fortunate to meet the owner Melissa who can only be described as beautiful and very professional without her and all her beautiful staff and of course an incredible chef this place simply would not be here , but most importantly they need customers so keep this business going so i can fly back down again and try some...

The worst experience I have ever seen it took over an hour and a half to be served I got the wrong bill at the end of it all luckily I checked the bill which had items on it which I didn’t order for my two sons and for myself (2 beers where on the first bill given to me) which was totally wrong as I don’t even drink beer. We were told two times that our meals were coming in 5 minutes after I complained twice about where our meals were that was an outright lie waited for so long to be served that one of my sons nearly fell asleep at the table waiting for his meal to come 😡😡 the meals were outright expensive. I am not impressed with the service at all how long really does it take to make two pizzas and a lasagna? Others came after us and were given their meals before us even 😡 they don’t even have a dessert section on the menu!! It’s a real rip off!! Go elsewhere!! 1star cause zero isn't an option. Over priced, poor customer service and staff insinuate their customers are liars ! Took time to be served once seated, with no offer of drinks to begin. I watched the staff standing against the bar doing nothing, whilst trying to get their attention so we could at least order a drink to start. We eventually ordered a starter, an entree to share between the two of us and a main each. One main arrives with the second nowhere to be seen, after some time once staff came near us we enquired on the second main only to be told they ran out last night and we had been advised this. Though the people on the table next to us were eating the meal we had ordered! Why would you go out for dinner and not eat ?! Apparently people do this !
