Service and chocolate did not convince me. Staff was very unaware of the ingredients of the chocolates and they also could not provide me with a list of ingredients. They could only tell me which chocolates are gluten free but since I also have another intolerance this was disappointing. I still decided to buy a small praline which was supposed to have a coconut ganache inside. The filling was definitely not a proper ganache (which is supposed to be soft and creamy), but instead some semi-firm chocolate. The taste itself was very average. Completely overpriced for what it is (a mini praline is $2.90 and a small chocolate bar is around $12). You get much better chocolate at Koko Black or similar stores. Oh!Boo....why not Oh!YES?

What looks like a tiny little chocolate shop in Barangaroo is actually much bigger on the inside. All the chocolates are handmade out the back! There are quirky flavours like ginger and mandarin, lemon pecan, and mojito just to name three. There is so much love put into everything in this shop: the packaging is gorgeous, the chocolates are to die for, and lady who served me was super friendly and personable.

Oh, this shop is owned by the same people who used to run the amazing Boon Chocolates in Darlinghurst.

There's a selection of ready-to-go boxes where the choice is already made for you or you can select your own and make your own box, or there are even grab bags available if you're in a "shovel all the good stuff in your mouth" kind of...

This quaint little store in bustling Victoria street in Darlinghurst is a welcome haven for chocoholics. It is run by a brother and sister team with all the chocolates handmade on site. Fanny the chocolatier studied her craft in Belguim and her passion and patience is evident in the exquisitely crafted chocolates that she produces daily from her small open kitchen.

You can take out or eat in with a warm brooding space set up flight of stairs which is perfect for lounging and partaking. Boon does a phenomenal ( yes I said phenomenal ) hot chocolate, which I keep on going back for like a long lost lover returning for...

Second time I've been to this chocolate shop, it's quite nice. The layout is pretty magical and the chocolates are delicious. My recommendation is to try the hot chocolate. It's some pretty mean stuff! I did not like the mocha because they just pop a pod coffee capsule into the hot chocolate. I would like more of a show.. no no I do not mean puppets and robots but like a barista made hot chocolate is much better then watching someone just warm up hot chocolate out of a jug but...whatcha gonna do.. Anyhow delicious hot coco especially when the weather's cold. Alittle friendlier service would be much appreciated. ☮️✌️ 🦄

I had an iced mocha but would have preferred something much thicker. Their cups, particularly the straws, are problematic and need to be replaced. They're way too large and brittle. In terms of cost, the pricing $8 for the iced mocha is a little steep but on keeping with the general price inflation at Barangaroo.

Accept an order at 4am (yes 4am on a public holiday) and personally deliver Easter Rabbits at 9am! Alexander and his team at Oh Boo not only make the best chocolate, they have the biggest hearts! Not being able to see my kids since JAN2020 due to Covid border challenges as we sit in different countries, for Oh Boo to do so much to bring a little normalcy in these times for a family, I will forever be indebted. Oh Boo has been our hot choc and treat chocolate drop-ins after school for years when living in Sydney - fabulous to know now that I can order delivery now. Thank you Alexander and the Oh Boo team!
