Service and chocolate did not convince me. Staff was very unaware of the ingredients of the chocolates and they also could not provide me with a list of ingredients. They could only tell me which chocolates are gluten free but since I also have another intolerance this was disappointing. I still decided to buy a small praline which was supposed to have a coconut ganache inside. The filling was definitely not a proper ganache (which is supposed to be soft and creamy), but instead some semi-firm chocolate. The taste itself was very average. What looks like a tiny little chocolate shop in Barangaroo is actually much bigger on the inside. All the chocolates are handmade out the back! There are quirky flavours like ginger and mandarin, lemon pecan, and mojito just to name three. There is so much love put into everything in this shop: the packaging is gorgeous, the chocolates are to die for, and lady who served me was super friendly and personable.
