14 Sep 2021 — I had my second jab today. Angela administered it for me. She cared about my reaction for my first dose. After the jab, a COVID-19 digital certificate and the Immunisation Administration Statement were printed and given to me. Angela took an extra mile to email me the Certificate. She advised me to contact her should I require assistance in downloading the digital immunization records in future. What a wonderful after jab service!!! My jab experience with Angela at Chatswood Chase Priceline was positive. I appreciate the procedures were systematic and well-organized. I am very impressed with the caring and helpful service. An overdue post - ordered online for click &collect the staff on the till could not locate - when finally received after 30mins of waiting- three wrong products were placed hence have asked for an exchange for the correct item. the Store Manager aka pharmacist ask the customer to pay the difference - seriously if your staff has placed wrong items without reading the labels correctly don’t punish the consumer and demand to pay the difference. Had to get an antibiotic prescription for my son. It was out of stock everywhere else in Chatswood. Pharmacist Jamine came to the rescue! Even though they didn't have it in stock, she found a similar product and called our doctor to make sure it was appropriate for use. She went above and beyond her duties 😀 and saved us hours of driving around to other pharmacies! Great service from the Priceline team, can't recommend...
