The Reject Shop — Local services in Sydney

I had a worst experience yesterday at parramatta reject shop. I was humiliated by the manager there. She tried to intimidate me infront if everyone and insulted me. I was trying to ask her only one question about the details of the receipt which I had in my hand and she wasn't answering me and talking nonsense. She kept I tu trusting me and kept saying let me finish without even hearing me out. She was so rude and asked do you want me to spend two hours for you on the computer to find your receipt. Where as I never asked her to do anything except my simple question about the return policy and the details on the receipt. Instead of explain things politely she was intimidating me by talking nonsens can you see this cristmas rush you want me to do this and that etc but what I want to complain is Please check the camera yesterday on 22nd December where this rude lady who called me rude was having her both hands on her waist and was moving her neck from side to side to mimic what I was saying making fun of me trying to make me anxious so I would just leave. When I asked her to say things politely and explain process about why is the receipt not having the original receipt details and why haven't they returned me the original receipt and how is it my fault she blamed it on me that I have taight my girls to ask if you want original receipt you must have said no. Please tell how will customer who wants to return products in future and had returned a part of the product won't ask for the original receipt back??? How can she blame me that it's my fault. The matter was of two products which I wanted to return and one product I had returned earlier. I wa akshay provided that products return receipt and they kept the original. Now when I brought back two other products to return I didn't tha r that original receipt but had the return receipt of the previously returned product which I had bought along with these two others. S She could have been polite and tried to look it up as the date was just a couple of days ago. I didn't ask them to do this but just asked to let me know isn't this return receipt having the original receipt details they might fetch details if they try but they didn't want to inform me anything and just tried mocking me infront of the queue out side the shop. Please see the video and see how much hurting it was my heart was beating so hard even till I reached home a couple of hours after that and even now when I am remembering it I feel anxious o couldn't sleep and got night mares yesterday Please sack her she is very rude and can cause anxiety to people and is harmful for public health customers need to be respected and I wasn't even asking anything except for my knowledge to know process. Don't we have right to know what to do alternatively if they don't give us receipt back!??? She didn't ask me to show bank transaction either to prove that the ourchase was done recently that is also a proof and other stores ask this alternatively if there is no receipt available.

If you guys don't take any action I will complain against her legally. There is a footage in mall where I felt anxious during and after that incident and her body language of her hands up her waist and her loving her neck side by side and shouting on me. I am a regular customer I always smile and talk to everyone but this lady was nightmare. She is really rude to call me rude just because I am trying to know my rights and she I throttled me and told me let me finish while I also said the same sentence back to her so how am I rude? Did I tell her to spend two hours for me is the cristmas rush my problem? My problem is that she is not informing me the process and she wasn't polite. She had no right to do this with me!!!!! You guys should be ashamed that you appoint such rude people at such a reaponsible position such as manager!!! In the name of the position of people mis use this position to humiliate customers they don't deserve this position. So rude staff !!! I never expected this from reject shop pathetic service!!!!!! The Reject Shop is a fantastic place to buy just about anything at very reasonable prices. You can find good cheap and nasty, average or even really good quality products here at the reject shop. I have shopped here every now and then for over 15 Years!!! I like that they still provide plastic bags and hope they continue to but it’s unfortunate they cost so much!

Best place to buy cheap gardening products and seeds of all kinds.

Always buy my Christmas and presents of all kinds wrapping paper here as you can get 4 meters of any color for only $2 it’s perfect to have different colores of wrapping paper on hand all year round which thanks to the reject shop I have.

Stick tape, stationary, soaps, batteries, towels, bedding, kitchen equipment - a great place to check out if you have just moved or are moving and need to stock up on house hold supplies.

Two toy sections for the kids which is great.

Christmas is always a special time to visit the reject shop although busy what they have on offer in terms of decorations, labels, ribbons, sweets, everything you need you will get most of it here at a great price!

Sometimes it can be a bit of a mess, busy or hard to get staff to help you out but only sometimes overall it’s a great store and I will continue to visite it in the future, highly...

Never had a problem shopping there over several years. Staff always polite, helpful. Picked up many nice bargains, both for travel, pets, kids, household. Bought my curtains there at a great price, admired by my son who paid a lot more for his. Only issue I have is Garden selection is limited. Keep looking for the BIG Green plant pot I got 10 years ago at a great bargain price & never seen again since. Bought 2. Wished I'd bought 6 or 8. Variety & prices very competitive. Entry & aisles relatively wheelchair assessable. Public toilets incl disabled are next door to your Right of shop Exit, & lifts just opposite will take you to Lvl 5 Food Hall.
