Oporto Parramatta Westfield Level 1 — Restaurant in Sydney

Here are all the things Oporto did well: (I ordered a Bondi Burger Box) The staff were well mannered, polite & very helpful, especially when I had never ordered before, they showed me how things worked. The meal was ready in (I kid you not) 5 minutes! And they packaged it very well. Although the meal looked like not as much as I expected for $16.96, it definitely satisfied me, and filled me up. The burger was very well made, tasted superb, beyond comparison to KFC. The chips were perfectly seasoned and the dipping and chilli sauces had the perfect flavours. Presentation was perfect, no spilled sauce in the wrapper, burger was upright and the layers were clearly visible. Chips were nicely placed next to the burger, and the space was shared 50/50 between them. The 2 pieces of fried chicken were done a little too long, but still tasted great.

I ordered whole chicken family fries take away

When i was 5 minutes away ordered in application and showing said 15 minutes to collect which i wish to have fresh food take home

When i went in 5 minutes food was already packed in bag ready to go even chips was in package

I ask staff members if i can have fresh chips coz in taking away, staff said yes but instead of she give me fresh fries she open old pack and put the chips in fryer again (food safety forgot about it 😔) and staff packed give me and i told her i ask fresh chips now refry my chip she said this is new one

Sorry but people not blind!!!! even fryer just behind bench i can see everything

This is so really poor service if i need reheated chips which ill ask her to reheat or if i know she refry i would never ask her fresh chips

I walked at this today and it was so disappointing that the wrap we ordered was not at all hot … they just gave the raw one. As soon as I saw, I went to one of the staff members and said it's not at all hot. The staff at the counter just pretended she didn’t hear even if i spoke thrice… then she called another staff member, again she said the patty inside it is hot only and wrap is like this only. I just told her that I have tried many times and it not like this. Then she went inside and told me to wait . I don’t know what they gossiped ( one of the slim girls and the boy inside) after 5-6 minutes I got my wrap but it was the same. I don’t know it is your policy to befool the customers even if we are paying you wholeheartedly. Worst experience, i have ever had. Will...
