Idk what is this if it’s not a scam.

We got the ticket without being informed for the show time. The ticket seller was rushing us to pay first. Then we realized the time doesnt work for us. So, we went back to him after literally 3 mins, and he had this mean face saying “NO REFUND”.

Ticket seller right in front of this event venue is not “official seller” he says. However, the ticket booth clearly states it’s an official seller. 💩

Once you get the tickets, no refund possible according to the “official” ticket seller. He said none of event tickets such as concerts or opera can be refunded in Vienna. 💩 (Btw it’s illegal to not to refund the tickets for good reasons in ANY EU countries)

I called the customer service center that was mentioned on the ticket. They said the ticker seller should refund me. So i tried to connect the “official” ticket seller to the customer service desk as he is the one who told me to call them. Then, he refuses to get the call by saying “ i dont want to have any calls”. By that time, customer service just hung up the phone. 💩

He is giving various excuses for non-refundable tickets. First, it is illegal in Vienna to get the refund for the concert tickets. Second, it was bcuz he has no way to get us the refund. Third, the card reader machine has problems. Duh srsly?

The official ticket seller called us, customers, as scammers and liars. I mean… what do we get by scamming you in this way? 🤦‍♂️ total nonsense. Obviously YOU can get money by scamming us.

We stayed there for more than 2 hrs bcuz of this ridiculous customer service and the ticket seller. At the end, the ticket seller said he can get us the refund.

COULDN’T YOU JUST REFUND IT FROM THE BEGINNING 💩

I cannot describe how HORRIBLE this experience was. This place is a total scam. They would make you feel as if you’re going to an actual concert hall like the Garnier or something despite it being the complete opposite. The advertising was obviously a very big “orchestrated” lie, we ended up in a very tiny, STEAMING HOT room that’s about half the size of my bedroom. Oh, well is it at least decorated? NO. The room was very poor-looking, I was about to turn claustrophobic because of it. Okay, but it’s an orchestra, obviously it was as good as the ones we see on TV, right..? Well, not really. Yes, the music itself was SURPRISINGLY the only decent thing in this scam since they played well, but it was literally just 7 people playing which isn’t really enough to be considered an “orchestra”. The dancers? Aren’t the best, just tried to make things more “enjoyable” to cover up the scam. Don’t get me started in the acoustics since there were literally none. Ironically enough, they had the audacity to have a security check even though the place itself was literal garbage for them to even consider that, embarrassing. What was funny too is that they had a literal Thai boxing place just the floor below the room they played in. To wrap this all up, please do not even consider going to this place because it’s the worst travel-experience I’ve ever...

After reading all the negative reviews I was so apprehensive. We had already purchased tickets physically at the building itself. We just went with an open mind and… we were floored. The musicians were so good. The opera singers were heart wrenching. And the ballerinas, especially the male ballerina, made me literally cry. The way he danced, the way he leaped into the air, you could sense his passion and sheer talent. The entire show was so captivating - we are not classical musical enthusiasts and this show was perfect because it focused on the classical hits by Mozart and Johan. I have difficulty focusing on any sort of performance but this one captivated me for the full 1 hour plus.

I wish it could’ve been slightly longer! I wish the talent stayed behind for us to take photographs with them

I did not have to pay for a coat area or for the program - thank goodness this was improved!

For the people complaining about the price, they have to pay 6 musicians, 2 opera singers, 2 ballerinas plus the ticket sellers and organizers. How much would you pay to watch incredible talent?

The venue is very similar to New York City’s off Broadway shows, it’s not Broadway, it’s OFF Broadway. But this show is 100x better than any of the off Broadway shows I’ve attended. Truly a reflection of Vienna’s reputation as the city of...
