La Porte Noire — Restaurant in Brussels

I recently visited this underground pub that was absolutely fantastic. The first thing that struck me was the great variety of beers available. There were so many different options to choose from, I could have spent hours trying them all! Additionally, the heavy metal music playing in the background added to the unique atmosphere of the place.

The pub itself was like a time capsule, with vintage posters and decor that made it feel like I had stepped back in time. However, what really made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming service from the man behind the bar. He was super friendly to us and our son, which made us feel right at home.

Excellent hole in the wall type of bar, and especially if you like beer and whiskey. Although their whiskey selection isn’t as vast as they claim (they were “out” of a lot of bottles), they still offered several to choose from. Such a quaint, however, a unique and geeky place. We went for a late night drinks with a big group of friends and we found this interesting bar.
