Ric's River Boat — Local services in Brussels

To say that they are the most unprofessional patrons I have seen in Belgium, is an understatement. They took 3 euros from a 7 year old girl who asked for a bottle of water and gave her instead a small plastic cup of tap water. The little girl went back to ask for her change and they told her that the bottle of water she wanted normally costs 2.50 euro but since they did not have any left (even though it was still early in the evening at the "Bruxelles les Bains"!), they "sold" her a small cupful of tap water instead, for the same amount of money! Then the little girl went back to them to return the plastic cup but they did not give her back the 0.50 euro security deposit they had kept for the plastic cup. She had to go back for a third time to ask for her security deposit before they reluctantly...

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From start to finish, Roland & Ric made our wedding party dreams come true. Roland is amazing at what he does. He is prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The venue is everything you want for a party, the sound system is one of the best you could find outside of Fuse. The service is spectacular. Amazing party venue! We threw a birthday party on Ric's Art Boat (the upper part of the boat) with a mix of younger and older people. As much as our guests, we loved the great vibe inside, the view, the exterior setting of the canal and docks, as well as the kindness and flexibility of the owner and manager!
