The Fresh Princess — Local services in Ghent

We had the absolute pleasure of working with The Fresh Princess Catering Company for our recent wedding celebration in Melle, and they truly delivered the complete package!

From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, timely, and incredibly accommodating to our guests’ preferences and needs. They brought everything from the tableware to an amazing chef who set up and cooked on-site, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free for us.

And the food... was simply incredible. Both vegetarians and meat-eaters were blown away by the variety, quality, and flavours. Guests are still talking about the potato salad, the BBQ tofu, the grilled peach salad, and of course, the steak cooked to order and marinated prawns. Honestly, everything was a hit — there wasn’t a single dish that didn’t get rave reviews.

The whole setup had a relaxed, welcoming vibe that fit perfectly with the atmosphere of our celebration. It felt special and effortless all at once, exactly what we hoped for.
