We stopped in on our first night at Gantt and really loved the food, but what we really liked was the hospitality of the owner. We decided to come back again the next night for another meal. But even though we arrived early for a table that we had reserved, we waited almost an hour for our food. While sitting outside, we saw a hoard of food, delivery bikes, coming and going like bees from a hive. Although we could be wrong, we feel that priority was given to those orders. I don’t feel that this was fair, and I feel that it ruined the experience of the delicious food. It was also disappointing that our sit down dinner which cost more than take away, came in take away boxes. Somehow, we do not see the reason for paying more to wait longer for technically a...

We did a pick up order of papaya salad and a pad Thai and the owner was super friendly and kind. We were told this was the most authentic Thai food there is and the pad Thai was very delicious. Unfortunately for the papaya salad was very different to the one I’ve eaten many times, maybe I just don’t know the authentic flavour, but it was very strong in fish taste and was sitting in a pool of fish sauce. It was a bit too intense for me :/ my husband and I love Thai food and would be willing to try other dishes but unfortunately for the portion sizes to the price, I don’t think we will come back for some time. For the salad(22€) and pad Thai(18€) we paid 40€ take out and if you eat in each...

This was hands down the best Thai food we have eaten since our last trip to Thailand. The wings are a must, the green curry had that delightful bit of basil on your nose just before the burn kicks in, and the Pad Thai and Fried rice for the kids were outstanding as well. It’s a cool little takeout spot with a few tables right in front of the open kitchen. Watching them prepare everyone’s food and enjoying the smells and the sizzles got us so hyped for our food that this is the only picture we remembered to take. I would have licked the bowls and plates clean if I wasn’t in the restaurant. Don’t miss a meal...

This was a nice little place in downtown Ghent. Found it on Google maps. My colleague and I decided to go here for dinner because we talked about Thai food during the day and thought this would be perfect. We got the spring rolls for an appetizer but one order is and well enough for two people but we got two. I got the pad si ew and my colleague got the tom ka Gai soup. All of it was excellent.

If I understand the taste, *this restaurant serves classic THAI street food* this opinion is given after eating three times at this place, explored most of its menu! In terms of service, better you book the place in advance, and place the order too; then everything is smooth;) otherwise also service is heart warming. If you are at Ghent, definitely try this place 🤤
