They won’t cut your hair unless you’re a straight-looking man. Was visiting São Paulo from the USA. My friend found this place online and was excited to try the experience. She wanted a buzz cut with an undercut, which is why she made a point to check it out even though we had to cross the city to get here. To our surprise, they don’t cut women’s hair. I asked to speak to the manager whom came to speak to my other friend first who is a straight-looking man but he’s gay and doesn’t speak Portuguese. He pointed to me, a woman, and the only Portuguese speaker in our group of three. I told the manager their website doesn’t mention anything about the clients they take. We found them online, from a different country, we crossed the city, wasted time and money to get there and they didn’t care. It is the 21st century, in a metropolis that’s globally known to be LGBTQ friendly and diverse. But sexism still exists in this place. They only serve men, and straight-looking men. We walked to Urban Barber 💈 Club just a few minutes away. The Urban barber there is excellent. He knew exactly what my friend wanted. We were well received. He chatted away and had a great time. Contando para vocês um pouco da minha experiência. Fui na barbearia por pesquisar na internet, vi que era uma das mais listadas em SP, e como estava procurando algo para fazer antes do casamento, resolvi escolhê-la!

Processo atendimento início 10/10 - Começando por marcar e o atendimento anterior ao tratamento, APP muito bom, recepcionista me ligou confirmando achei atencioso.

Processo de corte 7/10 - Barbeiro foi muito simpático e me perguntou como eu queria, o corte. Ai começaram alguns pontos, eu tenho cabelo grande, cortar cabelo grande mesmo que seja as pontas é diferenciado, o corte foi meio que tudo de uma vez, não houve separação do cabelo, após não houve questionamento se eu queria lavar, eu tive que solicitar e também para secar o cabelo, eu tive que solicitar e o cabelo ainda não ficou todo seco, acredito que a finalização deveria estar dentro do pacote. Outro detalhe é que, por ter cabelo grande não foi colocado nenhuma toalha na secagem da cadeira, fiquei com a camiseta molhada.

Processo da barba - 7/10 - De novo, foi me perguntando como queria, achei que conseguiu reproduzir e ficar certinho, mas teve alguns cortes/sangramentos na parte de baixo, e não houve um tratamento algo para passar para estancar, somente ir no banheiro e pegar um papel para limpar, e após chegar em casa vi que na parte de baixo poderia passar mais a navalha para tirar um pouco melhor.

Processo de Depilação Nariz - 10/10 Muito bom, primeira vez e curti, vou voltar a fazer

Processo atendimento final - 7/10 Não me perguntaram como foi, não quiseram colher um feedback, simplesmente paguei

Enfim, não foi um mal atendimento, foi simplesmente OK, mas em nível de serviço esperava muito mais, não teve um diferencial, já fui em outras barbearias que por menos entregam muito mais, tanto a nível de qualidade como a nível de experiência/atendimento, fiquei com uma sensação que tudo tinha que ser rápido para atender o próximo cliente, sendo que todos esses tratamentos foram feitos em +/- 30 min, tudo isso com um valor de R$340,00!
