Best contemporary sushi experience in São Paulo! It's way different from traditional all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants, as it has different dishes from usual and premium ingredients. The meal is basically a taste menu, with a huge variety of hot dishes as entrees such as shrimp tempura, mushrooms but also cold ones such as salmon tartare and ceviche. Next, a set of six different sushis are offered, very different from tradicional restaurants and very premium. As a final taste, six nigiris are offered, also really great creations. They also have salmon and white fish carppaccio, which are really thin and tasty. You can repeat everything as much as you like. They even offer some tradicional dishes from standard Japanese restaurants, if requested. But trying their menu is an amazing experience. Update November 2022: food still amazing but service was not so nice. I was celebrating my birthday with my wife and after the second round of repetition, it was really hard to get a waiter. And once we asked for the check they didn't allow us to finish our drinks, taking then out before anything... really annoying when they charge over the standard...

It is expensive. The highlight was the truffled salmon carpaccio. The rest wasn't even close to being as good as this one was. They have a good amount of varieties, and that's why I have it a shot.

I don't really know if I agree with the price given the food's taste. I mean, nothing was BAD. But just a few things were GOOD. And only the salmon was EXCELLENT (and I don't know if it is because I love truffles - I think so).

Come here if you have plenty of money and is willing to try japanese unique varieties of fish.

O restaurante deixou muito a desejar. Já conhecia e me decepcionei nessa volta, dia 23 de maio de 2023. O lugar é muito barulhento e precisa de manutenção, especialmente os BANHEIROS. O serviço tenta ser atencioso, mas não é eficiente e nem simpático. Por mais de uma vez pedimos que dessem atenção à nossa mesa. A comida, que parece farta, só tem duas opções realmente bem servidas. As demais são ridiculamente pequenas, o que torna a experiência cansativa. Tem que pedir várias vezes para poder saborear cada item. Explo: salmão grelhado vem a quantidade de um bocadinho. Idem para a costela e a barriga de porco. Não comi meu item predileto, que é temaki com salmão grelhado porque eles só fazem temaki de salmão cru OU APENAS salmão grelhado, mostrando que não houve nenhum esforço, que não custaria nada para eles. A forma de servir o cardápio também é confusa: alguns itens vêm na mesa, outros tem que pedir, fora de sequência. Existe uma regra a seguir para fazer a refeição..... Há outra opções de restaurante japonês muito melhores na cidade, com serviço fluido e preço COMPATÍVEL. Pagamos caro pelo...
