At the beginning we hesitated to go to check out the workshop with their free tuk tuk, as we thought it was too good to be free, and they might push ha to purchase the items etc. Turned out it was nothing like that, we were not being pushed to get anything though we did end up buying some stuff from them as souvenirs fo the family
There will be a guide meeting you at the door when you arrive, and she will be guiding you throughout the whole workshop to see different things. She gave clear explanation and has lots of patience. Only downside was that most of the products are completed, we were not able to see the making process, such as the jam, the soap. We were able to taste the products, and majority we see the packaging process. Box making was cool though. The ladies were all very experienced. Also, it was a shock to us that how almost every single item is handmade, the label is cut one by one and stick by the staff one by one, not many machine is involved in the process.

Read moreI bought 3 lip balms on 22:00. The next day at 9:00 I came back asking them to change the product to something else (because it turned out the person I bought this as a gift already has it). They didn't allow it and say that returns are only the same day. But how could I return it the same day if I bought it just before closing time (22:30). Anyway, today, I tried to open one of the lip balm, and it's completely stuck. It doesn't move in any direction, so I dont know what to do with it and how to open it. Something is defective with the product. 6$ went to waste. And I already left Siem Reap, so I can't replace it. I didn't try to open the other 2 because they are gifts. The body cream, though, is good, in a reasonable price, so that why it's 2 stars and not 1. Won't come back, won't recommend at all.
Edit: After a serious fight, I managed to open to wooden lip balm, so I corrected it to 3 stars.
All in all, I would recommend a visit because the productsare good, but make sure you buy something you don't regret (as there are no returns), and open it while you're in Siem Reap to make...
