Their chocolates are not just treats, but crafted experiences, steeped in rich flavors that have garnered my loyalty and significant investment year after year.In the spirit of honesty, while their creations are a delight, the enthusiasm of the staff doesn't always match the excellence of their products. There have been times when the service felt perfunctory, as if my presence was more of an imposition than an opportunity to showcase their customer care.

This was particularly evident when a large order of mine was overlooked—a simple error, which they rectified upon contact. However, the chance to transform this oversight into a memorable customer service victory with a small gesture of goodwill was unfortunately overlooked.Despite this, my overall impression of Walker's remains positive. The delectable variety of their chocolates is something I look forward to, even though I sometimes wish for simplicity in ingredients to match the simplicity of the joy their chocolates bring.

Being cautious about additives and names I can’t easily pronounce is a personal preference that doesn't detract from the overall quality of their offerings.Their chocolate is indeed a pleasure, and I fully intend to continue my patronage, contributing to the thousands I've already spent.

!🛑!🛑! Horrible 🛑 Experience! !🛑!🛑!

After over charging me an extra $400 and patiently waiting almost 3 weeks for a refund, the owner not only didn’t apologize to me but his attitude was very rude and disturbing hence I’m here to advise you to avoid Walkers Chocolates.

His only offer was 1 lb box of chocolate which I don’t like. After explaining, I wouldn’t eat them, I suggested a 5% discount off my next purchase. (About the act/energy not money) I even stated it would be large due to Christmas. He TOTALLY REFUSED even despite being a regular customer!🛑!

Everyday day small businesses are closing so I mindfully support local businesses in Oakville and Burlington. BUT I will NEVER support this type of attitude or disregard and feel others should be aware!

In the future, I’ll be purchasing from Rocky Mountain Chocolates not only for service, rewards discount program but chocolate is superior!

3 yrs ago I left the review below based on the previous worker and i swore i would never go back to this store. Funny thing is we would do anything for our kids and i decided to return.

The ladies working at this location now have been nothing but pleasant to me and extremly kind to my daughter on numerous occasions and we still love the cookies.

I didnt want to be one of those people that just leaves bad reviews.

Those that have commented that the customer service at this location is poor are not lying. We have experienced the same akward feeling at this location (Burlingron on fairview). At first we just thought she was having a bad day but on our return we experienced the same sour look that she greets customers with.
