When I go into Leo I know the staff will help me find just the right look - even if what I'm seeking isn't available from their store. The staff I've met there are helpful and totally honest.
What I like best about shopping at Leo is that I know when I go out in their clothes I'm never going to run into that infamous "woman in the same outfit". Their pieces are unique and the lines they carry are hard to find in Calgary.
I try to make ethical purchases when I'm buying - there is just so much junk out there in malls, all ripped off designs from artists and made in poor working conditions. When I shop at Leo Boutique I know the money I spend is going to support amazing Canadian and international designers as well as people who were paid a fair wage to make my clothes - which means I feel great wearing them.
I totally suggest checking out this store.
p.s. I think the other reviewers maybe didn't like the honesty factor... maybe they prefer to be told they look great in everything? I'd rather know when something doesn't look so hot - but...
Read moreI've been shopping at Leo's for 8 years, owners John and Cornelia and the staff they have working in the boutique are levels above any other retail store I have ever shopped at. Their knowledge of the brands they carry is staggering, they are eager to help and as I have become a regular staff have gotten to know my style and consistently pull amazing pieces that have become permanent pieces of my collection. Leo's has a range of clothing that is in my opinion the best in the city I have items that I wear every day and still have a leather jacket that was one of my first purchases from the store. Read moreI purchased an item from the online store. it was listed at a significant discount (9$ instead of 69$) i checked out to purchase. and the company refunded my order and relisted the item at 69$. So I got punished for them mispricing their items. Seems very unprofessional to not honor the prices they had listed.
