Freshslice Pizza - Mount Royal — Restaurant in Calgary

Wow I'm really surprised by the five star reviews. Went there a couple of months ago. Looked at some of the single slices available. The barbecue chicken pizza caught my attention. But looking closely, I noticed only two tiny cubes of chicken per slice. And I'm talking tiny, no bigger than dice. When I pointed this out to the woman and man, the woman corrected by me saying, "actually sir there's three pieces of chicken on that slice", Lol. I laughed and said "what's the point in putting any chicken on it if you're going to skimp that much?" Then the guy seemed to get offended, upset, and all emotional. Really pathetic.

A week later a friend of mine dropped by with a pepperoni pizza from Freshslice. We ate it because we were hungry. There was nothing enjoyable about this pizza whatsoever. I won't be buying from them ever. It's really sad and evident to me, that most people reviewing this place have never eaten quality pizza. Hence the many...

Very disappointed and upset with this location. staff were very rude and I ordered a vegan gluten free pizza and they dropped it on the ground after taking over 10min to make, when they said it would take 5min. I asked for a refund and they said they wad remake it and it took longer then the first order to make a new one with the store being almost empty. Im normally very patient but this was a terrible experience and the attitude was unbelievable of the cashier. This is my second time coming as my first experience was quite pleasant and was given 5 stars but this experience incitement a change of my review. I have to change my review because of this incident. I ordered in store earlier around 11pm (July 14, 2024) and was assisted by a very Rude staff, KC this is not the first time happened with this lady. Really upsetting interaction and this is the third time i’ve encountered this staff as we regularly order from this branch ever since it opened.
