As a devoted patron of Analog Coffee since 2019, who has been recognized by the staff and enjoyed a personal rapport due to my frequent visits and consistent order, I have always cherished the exceptional service and quality beverages provided. However, recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed.
Despite proactive communication with the Quality Assurance Manager regarding inconsistencies in the taste and temperature of my lattes, little to no improvement has been observed. Despite reassurances of staff retraining, the issue persists.
In the past, I could rely on Analog for a consistently rich and flavorful latte experience. However, over the past few months, the taste has often been diluted, resembling warm milk rather than the robust flavor I expect. Despite my efforts to provide detailed feedback and measure my experiences systematically, the problem persists.
Even after reducing my daily orders from an average of 10 lattes per week to only 2 since the last communication with the Quality Assurance Manager due to this decline in quality, the issue remains unresolved. As a quality and Lean Six Sigma expert, I can't help but notice the decrease in Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards, which is concerning.
Analog Coffee has been my favorite spot in town, and I've proudly shared their coffee as gifts with friends and family around the world. However, the decline in quality has tarnished my perception of the brand.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Analog Coffee to reevaluate their quality control measures and ensure that every customer experience lives up to the high standards...

Coffee: 5/5 Service: 2/5 Ambience: 3/5 Price: 4/5
I'll start by saying the coffee at Analog is fantastic. The taste is amazing, and I'm also pleased that the almond milk is not highly sweetened like in some places. However, we recently went on a weekend afternoon, and were disappointed primarily with the service at Analog. A couple of the baristas (who to be fair, were likely on edge from working a busy weekend rush) gave us a bit of attitude when we asked about the beverages and the sizes of the cups.
When we finally received our beverage (which was in the wrong kind of cup), we went to look for a table. While there were several tables available, they all looked like they had three rounds of customers sitting there, leaving their cups and crumbs strewn everywhere. We ended up leaving and sitting in the park across the street between 16th and 17th Ave.
The price of the coffee was on par with what we'd...
Read moreI was putting off visiting Analog Coffee for a while and I finally did. We had an espresso and brewed coffee. The espresso was tasty and coffee was decent too. Both served in stylish ceramic mugs just the way it should be for staying customers. The servers however forgot about our brewed coffee order and we had to remind them. Not a big deal though. There was something about the atmosphere of this café that did not make me comfortable. Perhaps I came in with pre-judgement about the "hipster" character of the place from other reviews. However once you sit at the window bar and watch the people walking outside, you forget the "pretentious" atmosphere inside and enjoy your drink. The raspberry shortcake we had was delicious and fresh. I don't like that there are no prices for pastry items, but this is becoming the norm in hipster places, since they are probably afraid people would run after seeing $5 price tags...
