Selling my first house, really had no idea what to expect. Kim walked me through the process step by step the whole way through from before listing to after the papers were signed. House was marketed well, had showings from the first day and had an offer on it after 8 days on the market. Got more money for it then I was expecting because of Kim's diligence in checking the comparables before listing. And most of the correspondence was all done over text and email because I was selling in edmonton but living I'm calgary.
