Super annoyed with the workers at this location, I love spicy food…and can HANDLE spicy food, so when I go I always order extra spicy pad Thai. Every time I’ve gone to this location it’s an issue, the blonde woman on cash always feels the need to tell me extra spicy it’s too spicy and try to get me to get it less spicy. Today was no different. Though today there was a boy in front of me who ordered his food extra spicy and she did the same thing to him as she usually does to me. When I went up and ordered mine extra spicy there was no argument. However, when they made the extra spicy pad Thai which should have been for the boy in front of me they wouldn’t let him take it and insisted it was mine even though we ordered THE SAME THING. So I took the food even though we were both very confused, as I was leaving I heard the cook tell him his is more spicy then mine. WHY!? If we BOTH HAVE THE SAME ORDER MAKE IT THE SAME. I am SO TIRED of people trying to tell me how spicy I eat MY OWN FOOD! If there is ab extra spicy option make it the same for everyone and don’t try to assume some can handle it and some can’t. Anyway my food was hardly spicy which is infuriating because they looked at me and made a decision I couldn’t take spicy.

Someone needs to re train their staff on how to handle orders and to stop making assumptions about people.

The lady at the counter at Spring garden branch is the most arrogant, rude and disrespecting person I've ever met.

I am writing this review to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent delivery from your restaurant at Spring Garden branch. As a delivery boy for Doordash, I was shocked and disappointed by the rude and arrogant behavior of one of your employees (the lady at the counter) towards me.

On March 31st, I arrived at your restaurant to pick up an order. Upon entering, I approached this lady at the counter and introduced myself. However, instead of acknowledging me, the employee responded with a dismissive and condescending tone, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected.

Throughout the entire interaction, the employee displayed a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy towards me, treating me as if I was not worthy of their attention or respect. After disrespecting, she laughed at me as I was in shock with her rude attitude. I found this behavior to be unacceptable and deeply concerning.

I hope that you take this review seriously and take appropriate action against this lady at the counter to ensure that all employees at your restaurant treat others with respect and professionalism, regardless of their role...

Went in and ordered two vegan pad thais. On the menu it says it includes radish, tofu, and green onion. I’ve had pad thais from there multiple times and what we received wasn’t at all what we ordered as it had none of the ingredients listed ( but instead had broccoli, red peppers, and what I think was bok choy?) and tasted like a stir fry (and a bad one as it just tasted burned). I went up and asked if what we had was indeed a pad Thai and the cashier said yes and asked what the problem was. He said that they don’t have tofu anymore and I asked about the radish and green onions and the pad Thai flavour and he said that they changed the recipe. I asked if we could have our money back because it’s not at all what we asked for and the cashier got the cook over and they were both looking very angry and intimidated me into leaving.
