Xtreme Pizza Halifax — Restaurant in Halifax

Every single time I've ordered delivery from this place it's been wrong, or even inedible. The first time I got poutine, chicken fries, and onion rings. I ordered at 2 am, and they didn't show up until almost 5 am. The onion rings seemed like they'd been boiled, the poutine was ice cold, and the gravy super congealed, and the cheese hadn't melted at all. The chicken fries were literally still frozen in the middle. A few years later I tried ordering from them again. Called at 1:30am, and ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic finger, and specified that I needed no tomato on the pizzas due to an allergy. They showed up at 3:45 am, covered in extra tomatoes. Called in, was told they couldn't send a new one tonight, as they've already closed, but they'd give me a credit of the full $35 amount. I then had to call in three separate days before they found the note saying that they'd credit it. I ordered $30 worth of food, and they showed up at the door with a $20 bill. Instead of crediting the full amount, they'd just credited the cheapest item in my order.

To top it off, the garlic fingers were mediocre at best, the friend I gave the pizza to said it was not good, and when I ordered the credit items my nachos were incredibly sparsely topped with almost no vegetables or cheese, and the potato skins were basically uncooked.

I encourage everyone to never, ever order from there. Food is extremely overpriced for the quality, even when you do chance out to get edible food it's extremely mediocre, and customer service...

Their customer service for delivery can be really bad at times. I used to live on campus before and walk to the store to get whatever I need. I even referred people when they asked be for a place to eat close to school. But I noticed when I moved off campus that the customer service had changed. I will not point fingers at all the staff because I know not all of them interact this way. My friend ordered for delivery while staying at my house. I listened to the call because he always puts his calls with restaurants on speaker. He waited for a very long time for his order to come. I even ordered from another restaurant and ate my meal before his order arrived. He called the restaurant and they had confirmed his order. He stepped out to get some groceries from the superstore and the courier arrived at that period. I answered the door and told them of his brief absence and the courier said he could come to the restaurant to pick up his order. When my friend got back, he called them but the reply was really harsh. I don’t blame them for arriving late because I don’t know what happened. Would love to score higher but due to my recent horrible experience with a delivery driver i have scored the company lower. I received a call from a delivery driver telling me he was close with my order and he asked me how i would pay. I explained to him that it would be part cash and the rest debit. This was at 1:40 am. His response was "ugh really, that's how you're paying this late at night?". I ignored the question / sly remark and waited for him to arrive. When he did , his inital approach was aggressive and he asked/demanded why i did not have lights in front of my house. I told him thats just something i do not have and that i can use my phones flashlight to help. Even though my street is completely lit with street lights. After i matched the same tone of voice he used with me, he became aggravated when i did not tip him, and he took it upon himself to declare that xtreme pizza would never deliver to my residence again.
