The service was great and the food came out quickly!
This Korean restaurant was one of the spicier places I’ve been to for Korean food, but I guess that should go without saying considering the name of the restaurant.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for spicy, I’d give the dishes I ordered a 7.5
On a scale of 1 to 10 for taste, I’d give it a 6.5
I ordered the corn cheese, blazing fire chicken with cheese, and the seafood dduk-bok-ki with noodles.
They were very generous with the cheese that they had in the corn cheese but I wasn’t a huge fan of it because there wasn’t that much corn and the sauce mixed in had a strong mayo-like taste to it.
The blazing fire chicken with cheese was tender and every piece I had was juicy. But the flavouring was not sweet enough for my liking. If you’re a sweet and spicy lover like I am, then this dish is not for you.
The seafood dduk-bok-ki with noodles was one of the spiciest Asian dishes I’ve had yet. Every time I had a bite of it, I had to drink some water after. I would consider my spice tolerance to be medium if you’re wondering. One very good thing I’ll say about this dish however, is that their rice cakes were cooked to PERFECTION. Every single rice cake I had was soft and gooey to chew through. I strongly believe that they should teach other Korean restaurants how to properly cook...
Read moreTheir response after inconvenience was fantastic!! We ordered food to be delivered on Uber Eats. After waiting for one hour and a half the Uber Eats app showed that the order was canceled so we immediately called Uber customer service. The person on the phone told us that the restaurant gave the driver wrong food so they had to cancel the order. After hearing that we were pretty upset about what was happening so we reordered and wrote a message about how upset we were and want them to hurry for our second order the order. A guy from the restaurant immediately called me and explained that that is a misunderstanding and the Uber driver actually did not even come to the restaurant to pick up the food and said the food would be delivered soon. Once it arrived we noticed that they gave us free drinks and free rice ball as an apology with this sweet note on the container! It was very sweet of them to do so. We were starving to death by the time food arrived but it was just Uber drivers fault and we got to have extra food from them! We're very impressed by how they reacted. We are their regular customers through Uber Eats and will keep being loyal customers! :) :) Thanks to whoever I talked on the phone today! :) *Attached photos of the food...
Read moreHonestly, I wasn't disappointed with the fried chicken, even though I really was craving soup, and I was surprised they just added a new soup to the menu. I was happy! It was my first time trying this place. My daughter has been a few times. She suggested I try. I'm glad I did.
Service was good. The server was friendly and polite. She was on point with filling our water. Since we got everything spicy.
The restaurant was clean and had good vibes. Wasn't so busy, which was good on a Saturday night. The food came pretty quick and hot.
We ordered 3 dishes, half fried chicken spicy $21.99 delicious, and cripsy, spicy rice cake $15.99 I'm not a fan, but my daughter loves it, and spicy tofu and with seafood soup lots flavor and I like that the seafood were bits sizes $18.99. The prices were good! portion was good for 2 ppl. We were stuffed at the end of the meal. Definitely no complaints there.
If you love soju, they have a deal for $12.99 for the bottle. I guess that's a good deal.
I will be returning for some fried chicken. I can't wait.
Lots of parking...
