One of the worst venues in town. I’ve been there twice, the first time was not very good but still acceptable, but the second time was absolutely horrendous. They let way too much people in, it was always extremely crowded and the waiting time outside was ridiculously long. The staffs are generally rude, especially that bald machine gun kelly alike doorman, when I tried to exit through the wrong door (without knowing it was the wrong door) he literally pushed me away. Really poor acoustics and the sound engineers were clearly incompetent. Everything was EXTREMLY bassy it sounded a group of high schoolers’ house party not a professional venue. Even some of the $5 shows I’ve been to sounded better. In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend anyone to go there. It’s really unfortunate that so many great artists...

YOU ARE NOT SAFE AT THIS VENUE. At the last techno event, an unhoused, mentally unwell and visibly violent man somehow got inside, past security, and began making aggressive, threatening gestures toward people in the middle of the dance floor. I went to the front desk to report it, but was completely dismissed—they gaslit me with, “Are you sure it wasn’t just a mosh pit?” A few minutes later, after some men also complained, I saw security finally start to escort the man out. The man also stayed outside the venue pacing for the remainder of the night.

As a woman, I couldn’t help but feel like my concern wasn’t taken seriously until men stepped in. The response felt not only irresponsible, but also deeply sexist. Safety should be a priority—especially at nightclubs—and this experience was deeply unsettling and...

Worst experience ever. We waited for 3 hours and waisted another half an hour of our lives that we won't get back.

BUT The worst part was the staff. They forced us to empty our water bottles at the door and to leave our snacks at the door only to get them back on the way out. When we came back to get them we found all of the snacks opened and eaten we asked the staff what happened they said we aren't responsible for your stuff and quickly threw the bags in the garbage. We asked to see a manager, they pointed us to the receptionist which we doubted was the real manager, she was baffled and didn't know what to say or how to reply.

The staff lacks manners and training and they were denying the facts making us look like liars. This is really unprofessional and deminishes the whole experience....
