Words can’t explain what I’m feeling right now yes I know you might think oh it’s just hair yes exactly it’s hair as a women hair is very precious to me and to see a salon that doesn’t even take proper care is outrageous I came in with a picture of what I wanted and they told that they could do it but it might take more than one bleach I saw that they knew what they were doing so I kind of trusted them but I didn’t know that bleaching ur hair more than once could break it, but after seeing how they work and what they I was truly disappointed what professionnel salon bleaches your hair TWICE in the same sitting at first I didn’t know that it was dangerous for your hair and can damage the health of your hair but after speaking to a family member that is a hair dresser she told me that is the worst things you can do! I FIND THAT so un professionnel im a very positive person I’ve literally never made a review about anybody but if I’m making one now it’s because truly this was a horrific experience how am I supposed to go to a hair salon and have trust in what they say for them to ruin it don’t go there. Anyways if you want to keep your hair nice don’t go here do it yourself or find someone else I’ve always had bad experiences with hair salons, but this one is a special one, do not go there to do coloration at all, they don’t know what they’re doing, not professional and they barely communicate with you. They’ve bleached my hair twice and my hair is falling off, not only that but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it so I trusted them! But all they gave is damaged hair and a hair colour that I didn’t ask for, yes I wanted blonde and they did what they could to make my hair blonde but it’s not quite exactly what I asked for, and they still want to charge me the full price. My experience here was a first for any barber shop: I was told a basic side part was impossible to do, and turned away. The reference--a picture of me after a previous cut--didn’t seem to faze the hairdresser, who seemed more interested in returning to the other 2 customers whose hair she was tending to (at the same time!) than letting me begin to explain what I wanted. This would've been quite difficult regardless, as staff here don't seem to have the basic proficiency to understand English, nor professional courtesy to listen. Don't waste your time here, because the owners of this place seem to act like you're wasting theirs -- here, you get what you pay for, and much less.

Edit (reply to the owner): A side part is possibly the most basic hairstyle out there. If you can't execute it, you might want to reconsider calling yourself a hairdresser. I’ve been there for over 20times in these 6 years. Finally decided, I will not come anymore. Because of her gang’s attitude. Like everything is non of her business. That’s your hair, she just done her job and get out of here. There is no “could you please fix here a bit?” She doesn’t take it. Done is done. And few times, she stopped for over 5-10 mins for chatting with her husband or checking the phone on something else. That’s not really comfortable. I mean, hey madam, I am still here. If you are busy, you can tell me at the beginning that you are on something, I can mentally prepare. My time means nothing to you tho. More people are waiting, faster she cut without any I mean any patience. Not a pro. Definitely she don’t respect her job and her customers.
